The Extra Information option will allow the user to store additional vehicle options that are relevant to your fleet (eg. Low Floor, Toilet, Self Lowering, ect).

Using this system, a bus can be found which meets the required criteria. For example, if a booked charter requires that a vehicle with a TV, Toilet, and Air Conditioning be used, you can search according to those options (after they are set in the system and assigned to the vehicles) and a list of matching vehicles will be shown. The selected vehicle can then be assigned to the charter.
